However, in order to make the most of the lifting and regenerating properties of the product, a unique, special injection technique has been developed - the TENSE technique, which injects the most important points of sagging tissue, allowing you to restore youthful facial features and achieve a natural lifting effect.

What is the TENSE technique?

TENSE is a new injection procedure developed specifically for SISTHAEMA HEVO T. This new technique was created through cooperation between renowned universities and qualified international opinion leaders. It was created to intensify the properties of SISTHAEMA HEVO T, increasing the effectiveness of the product and its lifting and regenerating properties.

The 5-point technique involves inserting the needle perpendicularly, into the deep layers of the dermis and leaving deposits of 0.1-0.3 ml per point. The points should be placed in 5 places on both sides of the face.

Point 1 - 2 cm down from the external angle of the palpebral fissure on the line connecting with the angle of the mandible

Point 2 - 1 cm laterally from the wing of the nose

Point 3 - 1 cm in a straight line from the ear cartilage

Point 4 - 2 cm down and 1 cm medially from the line drawn from the external angle of the red lip down

Point 5 - 1.5 cm medially and upwards from the angle of the jaw

How often should the treatments be performed?

To gradually achieve better results and activate the "Sisthaemic Dermal Regeneration" effect, depending on the condition of the skin and the degree of photoaging and chronological aging, it is necessary to implement a full protocol consisting of three sessions, with a 15-day break between them, and then perform booster sessions every 30 days for 3 months.

It is recommended to repeat the application protocol once a year. This cycle is flexible. Your doctor will develop the best protocol for you. Often, 4-5 sessions are planned per year.
